A lot of coaches are popping up these days, and many of them are really amazing. In fact, I should know—I was raised by two of the best! My somewhat non-traditional childhood was spent in training rooms alongside my mother, Mariane Karou, master teacher and creator of the renowned Dance Alive Life Movement System.
My foundational childhood, along with my own training and personal growth journey, has led me to develop a unique coaching style all my own. Believe it or not, I’ve been coaching since the age of 20, and now I have the honor to help over 100 clients absolutely transform their lives by deepening their trust from within, learning embodiment strategies, and creating a career that revolves around their personal life.
